Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age = 75 years old;(2) Living in the surveyed area for = 6 months; (3) Clear awareness and good language communication skills; (4) The ability to provide reliable information on demographics, lifestyle, diet, and health; (5) Voluntarily participate and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) older patients at the end-stage of various diseases; (2) older patients with cognitive diseases; (3) Sensory disability (hearing loss, blindness) or severe hearing impairment; (4) older patients without autonomous capacity; (5) family members or the patients did not cooperate with the investigation or communication.(6) Individuals with oral health issues such as toothache, loose teeth, and acute periodontitis on the day of testing; (7) Consuming drugs that can affect saliva secretion within the first three months of testing.
