Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Diagnosed as gynecological malignant tumor for the first time through clinical pathological examination; ? underwent surgery with pelvic/para-aortic/inguinal lymph node dissection for the first time; ? more than 18 years old; ? able to speak and read Chinese; ? have the ability to use smart phones and wechat; ? aware of their own condition and the risk of lymphedema; ? Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? have cognitive impairment or other mental diseases; ? have other cancers or serious heart, brain or lung diseases; ? Distant metastasis, recurrence or critical illness; (4) lower limb disability or edema symptoms such as cardiogenic, nephrogenic, or malnutrition; ? diagnosed lower extremity lymphedema; ? combined with lower extremity vascular disease, such as varicose veins, deep vein embolism, etc. ? Participate in other research projects that may affect the results of this study.
