Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Children under 18 years old and clinically diagnosed with CKD (diagnostic criteria: according to the revised guidelines of the International Kidney Disease Organization "Improving Global Kidney Disease Prognosis Organization" in 2012); (2) All children can cooperate to complete the echocardiography examination, and the guardian has informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Individuals with other cardiovascular system diseases, such as congenital heart disease, arrhythmia, acquired heart disease, Kawasaki disease, etc., that can cause changes in cardiac structure and function; (2) Disagree or inability to cooperate in completing echocardiography images; (3) Patients with poor quality who are unable to complete post-processing analysis.
