Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for patients: (1) patients with hemiplegia of one limb due to cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, traumatic brain injury, or cerebral palsy, including those who have not received CC7 nerve transfer and those who have undergone CC7 nerve transfer in Huashan Hospital within 1 year; (2) hemiplegia with a duration of more than 1 year after stroke, and who have received more than 3 months' formal rehabilitation training; (3) patients between the ages of 18-65 years old, with no gender limitations, right-handed and native Chinese; (4) consciousness, intelligence, and language status that can cooperate with the examination; (5) patients who voluntarily participated and signed an informed consent form. Inclusion criteria for healthy participants: (1) Healthy individuals aged 18-65 years old, no gender limitations, right-handed, native Chinese; (2) No history of major surgery, chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus, neurological degenerative diseases, or uncontrolled psychiatric disorders in the past six months; (3) Good cognition, no metal implants in the body, no contraindications to magnetic resonance scanning; (4) Able to cooperate with the scanning and tasks; (5) Participate voluntarily and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for patients: (1) recurrent acute hemorrhage or infarction; (2) severe, untreated psychiatric disorders; (3) patients with contraindications to magnetic resonance examination or intracranial or extracranial implants affecting the quality of magnetic resonance scans, including claustrophobia, postcranial repair, intracranial metal braces, etc.; and (4) involuntarily or refusing to sign the informed consent. Exclusion criteria for healthy participants: (1) those who concealed a history of major surgery, neurological diseases, etc.; (2) severe, untreated psychiatric disorders; (3) contraindications to magnetic resonance examination; and (4) involuntary or refusal to sign the informed consent.
