18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18-60 years old; (2) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for depressive episodes in DSM-5; (3) HAMD-17 total score= 17 points; (4) Informed consent signed by the patient or legal guardian is obtained.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Secondary depression caused by organic diseases, drugs or psychiatric disorders; (2) Suffering from severe unstable physical diseases; (3) History of alcoholism or drug dependence; (4) History of cerebral trauma lesions, or history of cranial surgery; (5) Those in the acute stage of cerebrovascular disease or those with intracranial hypertension or skull defects; (6) History of coma, epilepsy, stroke, tumor or mania; (7) Those who have in-ear hearing aids or any metal implants; (8) Those who have been treated for serious suicide attempts, or those who are severely agitated; (9) Those who have used tDCS or rTMS or ECT treatment in the 6 months before enrollment; (10) Pregnant or lactating women, or those planning to become pregnant (for women).
