18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) 18 years old =Age=80 years old 2) Infection (increased CRP/PCT) +SOFA score =2 points 3) Ejection fraction <50% and left ventricular ejection fraction LVEF decreased by 10% from baseline 4) Increased levels of plasma BNP and NT-proBNP

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Subjects/family members declined to participate in the study 2)Previous heart disease 3)previous thrombocytopenia/thrombocythemia; 4)During the treatment, blood transfusion and other blood products of others were used 5)The use of hemostatic drugs and antiplatelet drugs affect platelet function
