Intervention group:Oral/nasal feeding Swelling Jiefeng Tablet 0.5g/ tablet, oral, 3 tablets a time, 3 times a day, 14-day course
Conventional control group:Cluster management after routine tracheotomy

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) 18-70 years old; (2) Patients needing tracheotomy after admission to ICU; (3) Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) have been in the incubation period of respiratory tract infection or respiratory tract infection before ICU admission; (2) Patients with abnormal immune status other than tumor, including immunodeficiency diseases, taking immunodeficiency drugs; (3) pregnant women; (4) Patients who refuse to sign informed consent or quit midway.
