Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) =18 years old; 2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for all types of CTDs in the guidelines for rheumatologic disease diagnosis and treatment established by the Chinese Medical Association as well as meet the diagnostic criteria for combined ILD established by the American Thoracic Society (ATS) and the European Respiratory Society (ERS) in 2013; 3) Clear and understand my disease diagnosis; 4) Consciousness and clear speech; 5) Informed consent to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Combination of other respiratory diseases, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pulmonary thromboembolism, lung tumors, tuberculosis, bronchiectasis, and lung infections; 2) Interstitial lung changes not due to CTD, such as infections, drugs, immunosuppressants, inhalation of organic matter, and other known causes; 3) Idiopathic interstitial lung diseases.
