Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients whose lung lesions are found to be subpleural on imaging and who need a definitive diagnosis; (2) Proposed puncture biopsy/surgery/treatment to obtain a pathologic/pathogenic/clinical diagnosis; (3) The target lesion is clearly visualized in the US image after evaluation; (4) The study subject agrees to participate in this study and signs an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe cardiovascular, liver or kidney disease, etc; (2) Patients who are allergic to or cannot tolerate contrast media; (3) Those with severe dementia or other mental illnesses that interfere with the operation and assessment of results; (4) Pregnant women, those under 18 years of age and other special populations; (5) Patients who, in the opinion of the investigator, are not suitable to participate or should not continue to participate in this clinical trial.
