Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Patients who meet sarcopenic obesity diagnostic criteria;(2)Aged=18 years old;(3)Willing to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Patients who do not meet the diagnostic and inclusion criteria;(2)Patients suffered from renal function disfunction;(3)Patients who exercised regularly within 2 months (two or more times per week, 20 minutes each time);(4)Patients who participated in other therapeutic activities within 2 months;(5) Patients with musculoskeletal system injuries, limited mobility due to surgery, or other exercise contraindications;(6)Unwilling to participate in this study.
