Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for children: ? Subjects aged 3 to 8 years old must have their guardians agree to join the study and sign an informed consent form; subjects aged 9 to 17 years old must voluntarily join the study and their guardians and sign an informed consent form; ?Meet the diagnostic criteria of ß-thalassemia major guideline , and the diagnosis time is =3 months; ?Age =3 years old, <18 years old. Inclusion criteria for parents: ? Subjects voluntarily join the study and sign the informed consent form; ?The child’s father or mother; ? Live with children for more than 3 months and assume the main care tasks for children. ?
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for children: ? Have a history of mental or psychological disorders; ? Children with serious chronic diseases (congenital heart disease, bronchial asthma, malignant tumors, nephrotic syndrome, etc.). Parental exclusion criteria: ? A father or mother with a history of mental or psychological disorders; ?Those who cannot answer the questionnaire correctly.
