Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) clinical in-service registered nurses with nurse qualification certificates; (2) within two years of work experience after graduation; (3) voluntary participation in this study based on informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Nurses who were unable to participate due to sick leave or personal leave that occurred during the investigation; (2) New nurses who have worked in two or more hospitals after graduation; (3) Non-unit employees, e.g., training nurses, etc.
