Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age =60 years; (2) Elective surgical patients; (3) Conscious and able to cooperate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with impaired consciousness, history of mental illness and verbal communication disorders who are unable to understand and cooperate; (2) Emergency surgical patients; (3) Patients with poor postoperative status, who have been transferred to the intensive care unit, or who are unable to complete the study due to other uncontrollable factors; and (4) Patients or family members who refuse to participate in the trial.
