Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who undergo bilateral pedicle screw fixation of PLIF due to lumbar disc herniation, spinal stenosis, spondylolisthesis and other lumbar disc degenerative diseases; 2. Patients undergo anteroposterior lateral X-rays during 1-year follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of lumbar spine surgery; 2. Patients with primary or metastatic spinal tumors, lumbar tuberculosis, rheumatic immune diseases, and secondary osteoporosis caused by drugs or other metabolic diseases; 3. Patients who underwent lumbar revision surgery due to complications other than screw loosening within 12 months of clinical follow-up; 4. The patient lost one year of follow-up.
