Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Recurrent cerebrovascular disease patients ? Bilateral lesions ? Patients with combined liver and kidney dysfunction, congestive heart failure, and malignant tumors ? Individuals with a history of dementia or mental illness ? Severe sensory impairment or loss of lateral sensation. Sitting and standing training should not be performed due to trauma or other factors.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? 16 years old = Age = 75 years old ? Stroke hemiplegia, first onset ? Within 6 months of illness, able to understand and complete guided movements, and able to participate in rehabilitation training and evaluation ? The Holden Functional Walking Category Scale (FAC) is greater than or equal to level 3 ? Ashworth score table for hip, knee, and ankle joints of lower limbs = Level III
