Age
18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. Adult patients (=18 years old); b. Histopathologically confirmed newly diagnosed diffuse large B-cell lymphoma; c. TCM disease differentiation belongs to the category of cachexia; d. ECOG score 0-1; e. can obtain information of four diagnoses, complete syndrome differentiation and clinical data collection with syndrome element differentiation system; f. Evaluable lesions on PET-CT or MRI; g. Complete clinical and pathological data; h. Be able to obtain tissue samples at initial treatment and recurrence and have the ability to follow up regularly according to the study plan, receive follow-up blood collection and follow-up clinical data collection;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. concurrent with other primary malignant tumors; b. have other serious medical conditions that may affect follow-up and short-term survival; c. Mental/psychological problems, cognitive impairment; d. Pregnant and lactating women.
