Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) 25 years old<50 years old, female of childbearing age; (2) Meets the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine: progressive aggravation of dysmenorrhea; Excessive and/or prolonged menstruation; Infertility; Gynecological examination and ultrasound/MRI/histopathological examination meet the corresponding standards. (3) Meets the diagnostic criteria for traditional Chinese medicine syndrome types: Main symptoms: premenstrual or menstrual bloating and pain in the lower abdomen; There is a blood clot, and the pain under the clot is reduced; Secondary symptoms: poor menstrual flow, excessive or insufficient menstrual flow, dark purple color, premenstrual breast swelling and pain, nausea and vomiting, irritability, chest tightness and discomfort, and lower back pain; Tongue pulse: The tongue is dark red or has petechiae or spots, with thin and white coating, and the pulse is stringy. (4) The course of the disease is = 1 year; Patients with adenomyosis who have a VAS score = 5 and experience pain; (5) The menstrual cycle is regular, with a period of 21-35 days and a menstrual period of 3-7 days; (6) Those who voluntarily sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Primary dysmenorrhea, anemia, ibuprofen allergy, gastric ulcer, pregnancy; (2) Patients with pelvic inflammatory disease, endometriosis, or malignant tumors; (3) Congenital developmental abnormalities of reproductive organs; (4) Patients with severe primary cardiovascular, liver, kidney, blood system diseases, and severe mental illness; (5) Acupuncture fainting, serious fear of acupuncture and other people who cannot tolerate acupuncture and moxibustion treatment.
