Interventions

Back Muscle Groups Training:The implementation process of the Back Muscle Groups Training is divided into four stages, each lasting for 4 weeks, totaling 16 weeks. There are 5 sessions per week, with
Control group:The control group did not undergo any exercise intervention during the experimental period and maintained their regular lifestyle.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (a) Duration of lower back pain exceeding 12 weeks; (b) Etiology unclear, with pain and discomfort in the region below the rib margin, above the gluteal fold, and between the bilateral mid-axillary lines, excluding specific spine diseases and neuropathic pain; (c) With or without radiating pain to the lower limbs; (d) Age between 18 and 50 years, regardless of gender; (e) Informed and consenting participants who, prior to the experiment, were briefed by researchers on the experimental procedures and signed the "Informed Consent Form."

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (a) History of spinal trauma or surgery; (b) Diagnosis of severe cardiovascular diseases, such as hypertension; (c) Diagnosis of severe metabolic diseases, such as gout; (d) Diagnosis of severe infectious diseases, such as pneumonia; (e) Diagnosis of pathological anatomical lesions, including lumbar disc herniation, spondylolisthesis, and spinal stenosis.
