Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Meets the diagnostic criteria for sarcopenia in AWGS2019; ? Age = 18 years old; ? Maintenance peritoneal dialysis for at least 3 months after catheterization; Peritoneal function is stable, with a total urea clearance index (Kt/V) greater than 1.3; Stable vital signs, no significant abnormalities in diet and digestive function; ? Heart function level III or above; ? Individuals with normal self-care ability and limb movement function, independent walking ability, and the ability to follow up on time and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis with hemodialysis; ? Uncontrolled hypertension (blood pressure>170/110mmHg); ? Serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; ? Patients with other complications in the past month, such as acute infectious disease, severe digestive system, respiratory system, nervous system basic diseases and malignant tumors; ? Patients with cognitive impairment; ? Blood potassium5.5mmol/L; ? Hemoglobin below 90 g/L; ? Patients participating in other clinical trials
