Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Elderly patients, aged 60 years (inclusive) to 80 years (inclusive), ASA classification does not exceed grade III. Body mass index (BMI) is within a certain range (18.5 ~ 30kg/m2). ? Patients who require laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer under general anesthesia and can tolerate surgery. ? Patients with good compliance, postoperative visits can cooperate, and no cognitive dysfunction before surgery. ? With the approval of the Ethics committee of our hospital, obtain the consent of the patient and sign the informed consent. For patients who cannot understand their condition, informed consent is signed by their client.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with mental illness, long-term use of psychotropic drugs such as diazepam, anti-anxiety, and alcohol or drug abuse; Patients with neurological diseases such as dementia and Parkinson's disease, and previous history of cerebrovascular accidents or craniocerebral surgery; Patients with severe visual or hearing impairment, illiteracy, and difficulties in language communication; Patients with obvious liver and kidney dysfunction, serious cardiopulmonary disease; Patients who are allergic to or have contraindiations with benzodiazepines, opioids, lidocaine and drug components. ? patients with anemia (hemoglobin less than 90g/L) ? patients with serious complications and surgical failure during perioperative period, patients with intraoperative blood loss > 200ml. (3) Neuromuscular conduction dysfunction, patients who took drugs known to affect neuromuscular conduction function before surgery, patients with contraindications to neostigmine and atropine, and patients who could not successfully extubation after surgery. ? Patients with poor temporal window penetration were examined by transcranial Doppler before operation.
