60 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Stayed in the community for = 6 months. 2: Age = 60 years 3: FRAIL assessment scale = 1 . 4: Stable in the non-acute phase of the disease. 5: No severe cognitive dysfunction and a score of =27 on the Brief Mental State Evaluation Scale (BMSES) 6: The patients were conscious and volunteered to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Severe vision, hearing, or communication difficulties. 2: Contraindications to exercise: such as a history of spinal nerve injury, serious skeletal muscle disorders and serious diseases such as heart, lung, liver and kidney. 3: Already participates in regular physical activity. (30 minutes less than 3 times a week)
