Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Avanced stage cancer patients undergoing elective open gastrostomy in our hospital; (2) Age 18-75 years old; (3) ASA level III or IV; (4) Volunteer to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Merge other surgeries; (2) Allergies to local anesthetics; (3) Infection of the operating site; (4) Simultaneously participating in other clinical studies
