Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: In line with the Chinese Medical Association "Practical Inguinal hernia Surgery (10)" diagnostic criteria for oblique inguinal hernia; Oblique inguinal hernia was confirmed by color Doppler ultrasound, X-ray and physical examination. The clinical manifestations were oval, soft and negative, pain, redness and swelling in the groin or scrotum. Age 1-10 years old; It meets the indications of high ligation and anesthesia of hernia sac. No cognitive impairment, no communication impairment; The topic of the study was explained to the children and their families, with their informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Dysfunction of heart, liver, lung and other organs; Results: strangulated hernia, irreducible hernia or incarcerated hernia. Patients with fever, infection, intestinal necrosis; People who behave badly, withdraw from study or lose contact with the doctor.
