Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Complete lung ultrasound image information; 2) Shock patient's lung ultrasound image, shock patient can meet one requirement SBP40mmHg, b. lactate>2, c. urine output<0.5ml/kg · h caused by renal or shock)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age < 18 years old; 2. Pregnant women; 3. Patients or their families refuse to be examined; 4. Brain death; 5. The life expectancy assessed by the study doctor is <= 24 hours; 6. Participated in other clinical trials within the first 30 days; 7. Suffering from malignant tumor.
