Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Western medicine and are diagnosed with cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage by head CT or head MRI examination; (2) People aged 20-80 years old; (3) First onset, or previous history of stroke without sequelae; (4) The course of disease is less than 6 months; (5) Patients with clear consciousness, stable condition and high degree of cooperation; (6) The muscle tone of the paralyzed upper limb was evaluated by modified Ashworth scale (MAS), with muscle tone =I and =III; (7) Those who voluntarily participate in research, cooperate with examination and treatment, and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with acute stroke; (2) Patients who are delirious and unable to cooperate with examination and treatment after stroke; (3) Those who have received other treatment measures that may affect the efficacy indicators of this study, such as recent use of muscle relaxants; (4) Patients with serious life-threatening primary diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, and coagulation mechanism abnormalities, as well as neurological or mental diseases that cannot be treated; (5) Prior to stroke, there were shoulder and upper limb fractures, dislocation, acute and chronic soft tissue injuries, infectious inflammation, cervical spondylosis, rheumatoid arthritis, gout and other diseases causing upper limb pain and limited activity; (6) Certain characteristics of the population, such as pregnant women, breastfeeding, critically ill or terminally ill.
