18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged between 18 and 50; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria of schizophrenia in ICD-10 Classification of Mental and Disorders, and further confirm the diagnosis after three-stage ward rounds; (3) Agree to sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with other mental disorders ; (2) Patients with definite central nervous system diseases, immune system diseases or unstable physical diseases; (3) Pregnant or lactating female patients; (4) History of alcohol or other neuroactive substance abuse (other than tobacco).
