Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Clear diagnosis of calcification defense; ? 18 years old = age = 75 years old; ? Having the ability to act, agreeing to participate in this study and signing an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Participating in other clinical studies; ? Women with pregnancy/lactation plans during pregnancy/lactation or follow-up; ? Malignant tumor, cirrhosis, congestive heart failure (cardiac function grade III and IV), Congenital heart defect, rheumatic heart disease and other accompanying diseases that may endanger life; ? Individuals with mental disorders, intellectual disabilities, illiteracy, deafness, and other reasons who cannot cooperate with research and follow-up; ? Individuals with extreme systemic failure, severe infection, severe coagulation dysfunction, and other inability to undergo skin biopsy.
