Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for the study is midwives and nurses who (1) are working with women during the antenatal, childbirth or postpartum periods; and (2) have at least one year of working experience in the unit of obstetrics.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Midwives and nurses who are absent during the study period that led to cannot attend the full course will be excluded.
