Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Age 19-59 years old ? Meet the conditions for water plank walking training (with stable vital signs and good physical control ability); ? After clinical diagnosis, it meets the diagnostic criteria for high normal blood pressure. The systolic blood pressure in the examination room is 120-139mHg or (and) the diastolic blood pressure is 80-89 mmHg: ?The patient and their family members are willing to participate in water tablet walking intervention treatment and sign an informed consent form; ?Clear consciousness, stable condition, able to cooperate with various examinations
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Contraindications to hydrotherapy; ? Severe cognitive impairment, inability to cooperate with trainers, fear of water, and a history of epilepsy; ?
