Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years old; 2.Tibetan patients who are Tibetan highlanders or have regularly lived in the Tibet Autonomous Region more than 20 years); 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists classification (ASA)I-III; 4. Selective intubation general anesthesia surgery (operation time >=1 hour); 5. Signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Existing cerebral disease or a history of neurological or psychiatric disease, including stroke, Alzheimer's disease, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, and psychosis; 2. Existing cognitive dysfunction as evidenced by the MMSE scores<24; 3. Severe hearing or visual impairment; 4. Had undergone general anesthesia within the past 30 days; 5. The patients undergoing neurosurgery; 6. Patients admitted to ICU after surgery; 7. Participated in other clinical studies during the study.
