Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Newly treated patients with no previous history of colorectal cancer surgery; 2. Age 18-75 years old; 3. Male or non-pregnant or lactating women; 4. Preoperative electronic colonoscopy pathological diagnosis of colorectal adenocarcinoma; 5. None of the selected patients received radiotherapy or chemotherapy before surgery; 6. The patient voluntarily signs the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Frozen pelvic cavity was found during surgery, which is difficult to remove during surgery; 2. Preoperative evaluation of the patient as an advanced patient and unable to undergo surgical treatment; 3. Patients who need neoadjuvant therapy before surgery; 4. Postoperative pathological non-colorectal adenocarcinoma; 5. The number of lymph nodes sent for examination in the negative group of colon cancer lymph nodes did not reach 12; 6. Patients with incomplete clinical data (including TNM stage, tumor volume, pathological classification, site of occurrence, vascular invasion, age, gender, depth of invasion, degree of differentiation, history of drinking, smoking, etc.).
