5+2 light fasting group:Adopting a 5+2 dietary pattern, which means eating relatively normally for 5 days a week
Normal eating group:Eating normally for 7 days a week, the energy is controlled between 1200-1600 kcal/d.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age = 18 years old; ? Weight = 155 kg; ? B-ultrasound initial diagnosis as a patient with fatty liver; ? According to the Chinese Medical Association's guidelines for the prevention and treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (2018 updated version), a patient with NAFLD is diagnosed. Specifically, a has no history of excessive alcohol consumption (male alcohol consumption is less than 30 g/d, female alcohol consumption is less than 20 g/d). The imaging or histological diagnosis is diffuse hepatocellular degeneration. Excluding other factors such as genotype 3 hepatitis C infection, autoimmune liver disease, medication (tamoxifen, amiodarone, sodium valproate, methotrexate, glucocorticoids, etc.), Wilson's disease, total parenteral nutrition, inflammatory bowel disease, celiac disease, hypothyroidism, Cushing's syndrome, etc ß Lipoprotein deficiency, lipoatrophic diabetes, Mauriac syndrome and other causes that can lead to fatty liver; ? Sign an informed consent form, be willing to accept experimental methods, and voluntarily serve as the subjects.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Specific diseases that can lead to fatty liver, such as viral hepatitis, drug-induced liver disease, hepatolenticular degeneration, and autoimmune liver disease; ? Decompensated acute or chronic liver disease; ? Diarrhea, diverticulosis, symptomatic irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, history of celiac disease; ? Previous weight loss surgery or other abdominal surgeries; ? Within one year, broad-spectrum antibiotic treatment with = 3 courses of treatment; ? A history of immunoglobulin deficiency within 2 months; ? Pregnancy and patients with other underlying primary diseases and mental illnesses; ? Patients with comorbidities such as tumors, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and severe renal dysfunction are not suitable for selection as researchers in this study.
