Age
20 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A. Female: 20-55 years old; B. 42 days postpartum - 1 year; C. No cognitive impairment, able to cooperate with the completion of questionnaires. Note: Patients who meet the above three criteria at the same time can be included in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A. Suspected or confirmed severe spinal lesions (spinal fractures, metastases, inflammatory or infectious diseases, cauda equina syndrome/extensive neurological disease) and neurological damage; B. Exercise contraindications or serious infectious diseases such as fractures, severe heart disease, hypertension, cancer, etc. Note: Anything that meets any of the above should be excluded.
