Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 120 cases of preeclampsia undergoing cesarean section. The age ranged from 18 to 35 years old, with ASA III grade and body mass index (BMI) ranging from 18 to 35 kg/m.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Multiple pregnancy; (2) mental illness; (3) Contraindications of spinal anesthesia (patient's refusal, increased intracranial pressure, hypovolemia, abnormal coagulation function, etc.); (4) Patients with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, endocrine and respiratory diseases.
