Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The patients met the diagnostic criteria of COPD as defined in the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (2021 Revision); (2) They were staged in the stable stage, and the GOLD grading of severity was classified as Grade I or II; (3) They were aged 55-75 years; (4) They were willing to participate in the study and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Presence of unstable angina pectoris. (2) Patients with arthritis in combination with acute or inflammatory phase. (3) Diabetic patients with poor glycaemic control or previous hypoglycaemia. (4) Patients with medically treated hypertension with resting systolic blood pressure (SBP) >150 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure (DBP) >100 mmHg. (5) Patients with previous osteoporosis. (6) Patients who have had an acute cardiac infarction within the last six months. (7) Patients using heart rate-affecting drugs such as B-blockers. (8) Participants with other serious illnesses that make them unsuitable for exercise.
