Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with chronic respiratory diseases who are outpatient and inpatient in the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine of our hospital agree to participate in the survey and have the ability to complete the questionnaire.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who do not agree to participate in the survey study, patients who are unable to complete the questionnaire.
