Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Single pregnancy; American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Condition Level II; 18-45 years old; Pregnancy is 37 to 41 weeks, with a height of 150 to 175cm and a body mass index (BMI) of = 40kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Contraindications to spinal anesthesia; Allergies to dexmedetomidine or local anesthetics; Pregnancy complications or complications such as eclampsia, hypertension and diabetes
