Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? high-risk patients with ICU-AW; ? Age 18-85 years old; ? Patients who are expected to stay in ICU for 48h or more; Hemodynamics were relatively stable (the dose of vasoactive drugs was not increased within 2 hours).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? There were central nervous system diseases and neuromuscular diseases before ICU admission; ? Barthel score =45 before admission to ICU.
