Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Preterm infants with gestational age < 32 weeks and umbilical artery catheterization; ? The age of inclusion is within 12 hours after birth; ? Informed consent of the legal guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? There are any of the following conditions: convulsion or severe intracranial hemorrhage (grade III or above), suppurative meningitis, congenital cerebrovascular dysplasia, congenital hydrocephalus; ? Legal guardian does not agree to participate in this study.
