Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient inclusion criteria (1) It is definitely diagnosed as advanced lung cancer by pathological examination (the disease stage is III-IV) ; (2) Admission to the hospital for chemotherapy; (3) the age is 18-59 years old ; (4) Married, the main caregiver is the spouse; (5) clear consciousness and normal language understanding and expression ability; (6) informed consent and voluntary participation. 2. Inclusion criteria of spouse caregivers (1) The spouse is healthy and can cooperate with the patient to complete all the intervention programs; (2) clear consciousness and normal language understanding and expression ability; (3) informed consent and voluntary participation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient exclusion criteria (1) with serious heart, liver, kidney and other diseases or with malignant tumors in other parts; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria of mental and behavioral disorders in ICD-10; (3) Participating in other research. 2 Spouse caregivers exclusion criteria (1) with serious heart, liver, kidney and other diseases; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria of mental and behavioral disorders in ICD-10; (3) Participating in other research.
