Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Practicing (assistant) physicians, practicing (assistant) nurses, and other types of medical professionals working in vaccination departments of healthcare institutions; (2) Engaged in vaccination-related work for =6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Absent for =1 month due to various reasons; (2) Informal staff on secondment, rotation, or internship; (3) Seconded to participate in other work; (4) Engaged in other intervention studies aimed at improving vaccination rates; (5) Engaged in other implementation studies related to incentive interventions.
