Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for thyroidectomy, ASA I-II objects; 2. Subjects aged 18-65 years old; 3. Female; 4. History of motion sickness or PONV; 5. 18 <= BMI <= 30; 6. Normal communication; 7. Volunteer and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.safflower, Gastrodia, Notoginseng, pinellia, mountain cinnamon, frankincense, Angelica, mint, adhesive allergy; 2. Take antiemetic or analgesic drugs within 24 hours before surgery; 3. Use of antipsychotic drugs or corticosteroids; 4. Past heart failure or arrhythmia; Uncontrolled hypertension; Diabetes mellitus with poor glycemic control; Liver and kidney dysfunction; Gastric motility disorder; Vestibular diseases; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Inability to understand the Postoperative Quality of Recovery Scale (QoR-15)/Visual analog Scale (VAS).
