Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? patients undergoing elective cardiac surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass; ? age =18 years old; ? clear mind and able to answer questions correctly; ? Patients and their family members voluntarily participated in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Severe digestive system diseases, malignant tumors, pulmonary tuberculosis and anemia before operation; ? received blood transfusion, human serum albumin transfusion, oral nutrition meal, protein powder preparation, enteral nutrition preparation through nasointestinal tube, jejunal tube, gastrointestinal fistula tube within 1 month before admission; ? History of nutrient intolerance; ? chewing or swallowing difficulties; ? emergency surgery; ? infective endocarditis; ? Combined with immune diseases; (8) long-term immunosuppressive therapy; ? The patient declined to participate in the study.
