18 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Premenopausal women aged = 18 years old; Normal mental state, who are able to accurately describe endometriosis-related pain; Suffered dysmenorrhea combined with discomfort during bowel movements, or rectal tenesmus; Signs for bowel endometriosis (such as: rectal obstruction, uneven inner side of the rectal cavity, or tender nodules in the Dauglus Pouch) were indicated through trans-anal-vaginal-abmonimal examination (or trans-anal physical examination); Ultrasound/CT/MRI/colonoscopy suggest that endometriosis affects the rectal wall.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: There are contraindications for the use of steroid drugs (such as breast nodules, coagulation dysfunction, etc.); Taking estrogen and progesterone within the past three months; Ultrasound/CT/MRI/colonoscopy suggest possible rectal obstruction, urinary tract obstruction, or suspected malignant tumors; Participating in other clinical studies. Patients are free to withdraw from the study at any time.
