young age control group:traditional amblyopia treatment.
elderly control group:traditional amblyopia treatment.
young age treatment group:650nm low energy red light combined with traditional amblyopia therapy. 650nm low-energy red light therapy is defined as 650nm low-energy red light irradiation for amblyopia
elderly treatment group:650nm low energy red light combined with traditional amblyopia therapy.

12 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a)2-45 years old; b)diagnosed as anisometropic amblyopia and the best corrected visual acuity was stable after 3 months of wearing glasses; c)patients gave informed consent to the study and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a)had received masking therapy within 1 month or had received continuous masking therapy for more than 1 month within 6 months; b)abnormal intraocular pressure; c)history of keratitis, glaucoma, cataract and other eye diseases; d)vascular disease, congenital heart defect; e)active inflammation of the eye; f)oral or external use of photosensitive drugs, photosensitive disease patients, patients with solar dermatitis; g)poor compliance and inability to cooperate with researchers.
