Inclusion criteria: ? Age =18 years old; ? General anesthesia for endotracheal intubation; ? Volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent

Exclusion criteria: ? Oral, throat and neck surgery; ? There were upper respiratory tract infection and sore throat before operation; ? Mental illness and cognitive impairment
