Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age =20 years old; ? Gestational age <37 weeks delivery; ? Capable of language communication; ? no mindfulness training; ? Have a smart phone and can use wechat to communicate;? Preterm mothers and their families agreed to participate in the study voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Suffering from a serious physical disease or mental disorder; ? Participants who have participated in relevant psychological intervention research projects within the past 30 days.
