18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age greater than 18 years and less than 65 years old; ? Displaced complete intra-articular fracture (AO type c) is defined as a type c fracture where the fracture line is located at both the metaphyseal and distal ends. Displaced fractures are defined as joint surface or joint surface displacement of at least 2mm; ? Non-old fractures; ? The diagnosis of distal radius fracture is at the orthopedic center of our hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Pregnant or lactating women; ? Patients with autoimmune diseases, other orthopedic diseases, mental diseases, coagulation dysfunction, blood system diseases, serious organic diseases, disorders of consciousness, dysfunction of important organs or malignant tumors; ? Non-C-type distal radius fractures; ? Individuals with contraindications to relevant treatments.
