40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 40-80 who meet the diagnosis of cerebrovascular disease and SHS stage I; 2. All confirmed by cranial CT or MRI scans; 3. The first onset of the disease or a history of stroke without any sequelae; 4. Clear awareness, stable vital signs, and cooperation with treatment; 5. Muscle strength of the affected upper limb = level 2, muscle tone = level 2 (modified Ashworth Spasm Scale (MAS)); 6. During the trial, only routine medication and rehabilitation treatment were received after stroke, and those who did not take anti spasmodic medication before treatment; 7. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cerebrovascular diseases other than stroke; 2. Patients with abnormal pain threshold caused by lesions in thalamus; 3. Patients with other serious internal diseases; 4. Patients with serious emotional disorders after stroke; 5. Patients with dislocation and subluxation of shoulder joint; 6. Patients with peri-arthritis of shoulder and local soft tissue injury with serious activities have been diagnosed before stroke; 7. Intolerant of treatment.
