Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of "Diagnostic Points for Various Types of Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019" and who have received tracheotomy and indentation tracheotomy for the first time with cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarction confirmed by CT and MRI images, and the tracheotomy time is less than 6 months; 2. The patient had stable vital signs, unconsciousness and cognitive impairment; 3. There is a medium degree of cooperation ability, Five standardized questions (S5Q=4 points); 4. Age 18-80 years old; 5. Patients or their family members give informed consent and sign the study agreement.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiovascular disease (unstable angina pectoris, acute endocarditis or pericarditis, uncontrolled severe arrhythmias, acute aortic dissection); 2. Other known respiratory muscle structure damage, respiratory muscle paralysis or respiratory muscle anatomical abnormalities; 3. There are contraindications for respiratory muscle training (including airway bleeding, pneumothorax, hemodynamic instability, pulmonary bulla, open pulmonary tuberculosis, pleural adhesion thickness, etc.); 4. Severe facial paralysis, tongue paralysis; 5. Severe scoliosis and kyphosis; 6. Severe emotional disorders; 7. Refusal to sign informed consent.
